Greetings! 

Yes... after many scoldings from PioneerGirl, Tracers... and many more... I have returned home (about a week now) and have seen the doctor. Yes, I have a broken metatarsal (foot bone connected to my big toe) and am now in a cast (See Cast Video) for the next 6 weeks or so...

The 2009 Western Adventure was a 9 day ride which covered 3,550 miles through California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and back up through California.

• Mesa Verde: Cliff Dwelling Indian Ruins (spectacular!)

5/21/2009: 288 Miles: Flagstaff, Arizona to Buckeye, Arizona

•  Rode through Sedona (beautiful red rock canyons!)
• Town of Jerome (built on the side of a mountain)
• Lost in desert looking for a hot spring! 
• Spend the night with my Brother (PektusB)

5/22/2009: 487 Miles: Buckeye, Arizona to Kernville, California

• Rode hard through through the desert... ended up at an oasis 
• Kern River and Lake Isabella

5/23/2009: 402 Miles: Kernville, California to Home

• Rode straight to the Oakland A's Game for Fireworks night
• Home at last...
