As of October 31st, 2009 there have  been 813 members who have reached the level of Neighborhood Rider Membership! All 813 Neighborhood Rider member Cruiser Customizing Key Chains will be sent when you reach the City Rider Membership Level and fill out the on-line form for the Free Gifts as your Key Chain will be mailed wrapped in a Cruiser Customizing T-shirt.
