Photos, plus and minus
I know there has been a number of blogs on the subject of the CC photo section and I have commented on "some". Now it's my turn to vent, congragulate and belittle.
For those members who need airbrushed, unattainable, fake busted and young enough to be our daughters/granddaughters pics. Buy a Playboy!!! Look thru the CC site and take notice, we have female members, wifes of members and probably kids of members who look at this site. There are plenty of "R" rated sites to ogle, drool over and daydream, this is not one of them!
I really enjoy looking at pics of members bikes, their families and girlfriends/wifes, they are REAL!! They are people we could meet someday and I for one think we have some beautiful women right here. I could name some names but that might embarrass them and make others feel unnoticed.
I think if we posted less of the "fakes" we would get more of the real people posting pics where they won't feel like they are being compared.
That's my vent.

. There is nothing like a real, normal, down to earth woman that share the passion of riding a motorcycle . My respect goes to all women who ride their own or share a ride. -
kpwww, 2 months ago | FlagI think that there are some people who feel that their value lies in their body--not in their passion for life...and sometimes you find those people searching for attention by posting these pictures. I know that as a lady rider, I'm all for pictures of lady riders--and want to support and cheer on any ladies who pick up the keys and ride their own motorcycle. It took me a long time to get up the guts to do it myself.
I'm one of those that sports a bikini and shorts at the motorcycle shows when it's hot outside--it is comfortable for me and I know that I will fit in (not be self conscious). I know how cool the riders are and that it's not about the body, but about the free spirit and acceptance among people who share the same passion. But I do know that if I entered this site and saw mainly soft porn shots of women (and no bike, especially) that I would not be as inclined to join up with this group--because then my impression would have been that it's not about the ride, it's about the pick-up joint. (And I'm here to meet people and make friends, not find a quick lay...sorry to be blunt, but that's what those shots make me think the photos are for...)
Anyway, I can see your point--and hope that the photos you are talking about don't chase away those like me who are here for the spirit of the run, the wind in their hair, and meeting folks of like mind and passions.
Thanks for bringing this up--I think these topics, while sparking a fiery debate, might give some value to those of us that post photos because we love to ride, and might make some of those posting the more revealing ones to consider focusing more on the sport and not just the skin.

daycaremama, 2 months ago | FlagI have flagged pictures before and they have been removed, I also flagged some today and some have been removed and some are still under review. I see no reason to post a picture with any nudity in it, There are pictures of half dressed ladies and no motorcycle
in the shot. This is a motorcycle website, we all need to follow the rules and enjoy ourselves. -

y about the "family site". Ok, this was taken from a reply from Kyle (manybikes
) on the message board. "Our community is a family friendly and we do not currently have tools in place to restrict under age users from seeing naked content. In respect to laws, family values, and in respect for other community members morals and values, it is my belief we really should keep this community free of nudity."
I hope this help to clear that.

Tiff60, 2 months ago | FlagI like useing this site to meet new people, reading their story's and check out pictures of their bikes and looking at their personal photos. What other people decide to use this site for is their choice. All we really can do is flag the photos and move onto the next one.
