  • The only thing about this Tip of the Week that I have a problem with is;

    5. Go to www.powercommander.com

    6. Find your speciffic map

    Depending on your bike and your exhaust/air combo you might not be able to find a specific map for your bike.

    I have a 2004 Suzuki Marauder 1600 (which is the same bike as a Kawasaki Mean Streak 1600) and I have been searching for months for a map that matches my set up.

    I need a map for DG Hard Krome Sideburners with a Thunder Manufacturing Tornado Air Filter and have had zero luck finding the correct map.  I have been getting by with the closest match I can find which is OK, but for what a Power Commander cost, I would really like to have the "speciffic map" for my bike.

  • I have a 05 Kaw 1500 fi Vulcan .I added a power comander 11 in06 along with pipes & air caeaner . mapped the unit acording to instructions. Now the bike will cut out when it's cold & sometimes even when i'm riding along at 60 mph. ? should I be looking at the power comander mapps as the problem or somewhere else

  • I have performed these steps, but my configuration is a bit different:
    1. I have V&H Power Shots
    2. I have Thunder Mfg Hurricane air intake (no specific map for this).

    So I had to find someone with the same configuration and beg for their map (he was nice enough to send it to me).

    Installation was very easy and loading the map was quite simple too.
