Hi gang, just a quick note to say...
Howdy gang!
I’m Bob Hanlon, from Aston, Pennsylvania, USA. Formerly an auto mechanic, I am an author, speaker, and metal fabricator. I am a private pilot and hold an instrument rating. I started riding motorcycles over three decades ago, and currently ride a 2008 Road Star which is fully dressed and a great traveling machine.
I am a paraplegic as the result of an aviation accident in 1990. The doctors painted a grim picture, telling me I would remain in a wheelchair and would never walk again, would never drive without special equipment, and certainly would never fly again. Well, I’m here to tell you that if you doctor gives you bad news, it’s only as bad as you believe it to be. Despite the fact that I wear leg braces and use a cane, I have managed to all the things I was told I would never do again, including riding that Road Star!
If you're going to be traveling through southeast Pennsylvania, give a holler! I'm two miles off of Interstate 95 right near the PA/Delaware line, and would love to meet up or take a ride.
Be sure to visit my website, www.bobhanlon.net and take a look at my inspirational book The Twist in the Road. It is worthy of your time, I promise!
Every day is a great day, if we choose to make it one! And if we can be on two wheels, it’s an incredible day! Give thanks to God every day for all that we have been given, treasure friends and family, and be safe out there!
Personal motto:
Make every day a great day!
