55 year old coming on 35{look like 70 after a hard nite}...No kids..well not that I KNOW OF anyway [& not for trying I can tell you,when I'm bad ,I'M TOO FREEKIN GOOD !!!]!!..My job takes me & Maralyn away from home for 4-5 days at a time travelling from adelaide to darwin 2 up driving and returning via kununarra in 'kermit the killer kenworth'{real name 'thunder storm'} Fitted out with 17 ltre LG micrwave/60 ltre Engle fridge/JVC DVD-radio/9" drop down screen between sun visors/15" screen in bunk/8 speaker + sub sound running 2 kenwood amps !!!Truck running 7" texas cut stacks !!Thunder Storm carries 2150 litres of fuel!!! Trip is about 7500 ks[5600ml] so l dont have to much time for me but l manage..Love 70's/80's/country music/70's cars/goin' bush and a bourbon now and then..Used to ride super bikes but l dont bounce these days..After 18 years off the road so to speak,15 years of fast cars,fast bikes,faster wimmen & LOTS hard booze,Decided that l'd better start setting myself up[house etc]that done l just needed some thing else.... SOME ME TIME !!!,felt trapped....kept getting drawn to cruisers but could'nt justify the cost of a Harley @ $40K for the times l can get out..Of all the metrics around and suffering from SMALL MAN'S syndrome[short middle stump haha!!!] l settled for a qwaka '04 2000A1..customized with cobra pipes/power commander/K & N/saddle bags/mustang seats & woolie covers/pillion boards/light bar/ cruise lock/tank tuxedo tie/front axle plugs/chrome radiator guard/tool bag/Kuryakyn brake pedal pad & l'm in the crap with the war dept AGAIN !! Like to have my partner with me but that won't happen..her grown up kids take all her time..+ when it comes to us it's a great idea ..till l go and do it...but if it's 4 her kids,she jumps...I think she is just scared to hop on,'Ah well like every thing else we live with what life deals us !!'....But on reflection I really do enjoy being on my own!!!!!!!!!!!'You never know l may run into you one day..KEEP IT UP & STRAIGHT...John{that's my story and l'm sticken to it}
