I am seeing STREAKS of Cobalt Blue!!!!!!!!!!...
Hi, I'm a 55 year old male and I am a CEO of a disability service provider in Portland, Victoria
I first started riding bikes at 17 and have loved them ever since. I had about 8 years off them when my son was born but got back on about 10 years ago. 2 years ago I bought my first brand new bike. A M50 Marauder suzi. Love it to death. I have recently bough a Kawasaki Meansteak This is an astounding machine. I moved up because I want to do more distance based touring.
I tend to do social rides most of the time but when I can get leave I will go away for a few days at a time. I try to organise trips that allow me to get to the destination in one day and then spend a few days travelling around from the base. 500kms in a day is the usual radius for a sensible destination.
In April 2010 I, and another member, organised a weekend away for Aussie CC members. 23 of us and some partners converged on Mildura in Victoria, Australia. Was great. The next official CCC rally is in 2012 in Bathurst NSW. The first official "NOT THE CCC RALLY" is next year in Mt Gambier South Australia. Keep in touch and remember the main rule of bike riding...................................stay on.
