It isn't the rides in your life that count, it's the life in your rides.

Riding since 1961 on a Honda 50 Sport. First long distance ride was with my wife on a Honda 500 4 from here in Longview, WA to Reno, NV in 1973. Since then have pretty much seen a good part of the Pacific West Coast, mostly on a Honda 750-K and then a Goldwing Aspencade pulling a custom made trailer, in the late 80s and early 90s.

Early in 2007 after 36 years of marriage my wife, Lib, passed away. She is missed badly. It isn't the same riding solo all of the time, however I doubt that she would have appreciated the loud pipes on my current bike! She truly used to love riding on that big Goldwing Aspencade. 

I am an avid outdoor/nature amature photographer, and have recently rediscovered my love of motorcycle riding and enjoy a good road ride on my Vulcan 900 C.
I like the outdoors, RV camping, (no tents for me any longer, been there done that), photography, art galleries, art shows, flea markets and domestic west coast travel.

Retired January 1st 2008, after 34 years of working for the same employer.

Favorite destinations: Lake Tahoe, NV in summer, Newport, OR anytime, Skamokawa Vista Park camping, the entire Oregon Coast, anywhere there is sunshine.
