About me: 

When I was 14 I asked my Dad for a mini bike.  Denied.  I played around with a 1970 Firebird 350 in high school which I really "loved." Studied Auto machanics in High School and really enjoyed working on Autos.  I got married young and I asked my wife if I could get a motorcycle.  Denied.  Was allowed to get water cycles (Sea Doo's).  Also in "mid life crissis", I found a 1968 Firebird 400 which I had for 10 years.  Finally, my children are adults and my wife said "yes".  So I got a starter bike, Yamaha vstar 1100 silverado and am  accessorizing it.  It's my hobby.  I've rejetted and re-aired it with the Preditor Pro kit from Maxairengineering.com and love the increased HP.  Took my first long road trip to Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and back.  Tried to hit the National Parks.  Fun trip except for some minor tip-overs.  Looking forward to a Western Canada tour next.
