I have worked in the motorcycle industry my entire career. I started in the retail end at one of the areas largest parts and accessories retailers. After graduating from college, I went to work for Fox Racing as a Product Developer and Purchasing Agent. I then moved into Sales Management, and Dealer Marketing Roles. I later went to work as a Product Manager for the largest US motorcycle parts and accessories retailer where I selected, purchased and managed inventories for 100 retail store locations and 2 distribution centers. During my career, I have had the opportunity to be invloved in almost every aspect of the motorcycle business. It has been awesome to be able to turn a hobby into a career.
I started riding motorcycles when I was 9 years old and started racing motocross at age 11. I raced constantly until I was 38 years old and continue to ride motorcross and race my vintage motocross bikes. I road raced for sevaral seasons when I was in my mid 30's as well. I currently own 11 motorcycles. My vintage motocross bikes are: a 1974 Penton Mint 400 and a 1972 Husqvarna 250CR. My trail bike is a 2001 KTM 200EXC and my MX bike is a 2006 Yamaha YZ250. My street bikes are a 2002 Honda GL1800 Goldwing and a 85 Honda XL350 custom. I still own my roadrace bike, a 1986 Yamaha SRX600 based formula single that I am in the process of converting back to a street bike. I also own a 1980 Husqvarna 250CR and a 1980 Husqvarna 125CR that I've held onto since 1980 for sentimental reasons. I also own a 1982 Suzuki RM125, a Honda XR100.
