    Anyone else experiencing problems uploading pictures / videos's?  Have over the last three days made 10 attempts to upload a 24mb video.  

    The upload usually seems to stall between the 5 - 21% mark, then I get the "Sorry we have encountered an error" message! 

    Kinda frustrating!!!

    Yes mate,

    I have checked that the file type conforms to the CCC upload requirements.  Kinda got me a tad buggared on this one lol

    Try converting it again Blair. I had the same trouble with Phils video. Converted it again and it worked.

    Thanks Rob,

    Will give it a shot and let you know the result.  May well be my ISP cause I can't get Skype to download either lol

    Bloody hell A6. If you can't get it happening, there's no chance of me getting Skype running.... can I use a cordless phone handset or do I have to have the old corded one....?lol

    i no help there a 6  my wife has to do it for me or my son last time i try they stop me i had a hammer and a nail was gone to post a photo   sorry no help  i wish i could  take care mate  clyde

    Ok Guys, thanks for all the feedback lol. 

    Rob followed your advice and converted the file again, re titled it and sure enough it went through.
