Well if you are reading this you have passed the first test, My names are GEORGE (only use on official papers),aka TONY with what I am known by on a day to day basis, aka Englissh is what I use on the WWW and CB and other place that we can have a laugh.
I am now 60 and my wife Pamela who I would not trade for a new HD ( what model ) moved to France in 1984 from the UK. When we moved I started trucking again which took me all over Europe, while Pamela like all good pioneers wife set about building our home from old outbuildings that where just about dry( like I said would not swap for a NEW HD ).After a while spent on the road and the tarmac an diesel in the blood I got a job in what you would call a TRUCK STOP.
If you are still reading this note the words" He is a SWELL TYPE", now after many many miles travelled over the shop counterand a few real ones on a feul bowser in winter I Have been forced into retirement due to ill heath and I still wont swap the wife for HOW MANY?.
Pamela does not ride and she likes to be in control of the vehicle, I am now getting to the age and state of mind where she can for me as she was a professional driver in earlier years. You must read my history to find out if I left anything out!
The words to remember this time are " Aghh how sweet ", if you have noted them down somewhere and lost them you will not have a chance of winning the big prize, for those of you that have the words you put them together and write a line ' about 20,000 words all about me and the best one will get 25% of the royalties if it gets published as a book and 35% if we sell it to TNT or other channel. The title will be " THE LIFE AND TIMES OF ENGLISSH "
all the best wishes from us all George, Tony, Englissh and Pamela.
DONT be silly what would I do with 2 HD's if I did not have you must be mad!
I have been offered a lot for my wife as it seems that she is worth at least 3 HD's cause she does not say much and she rests at the house when there are things to do and places to go, you must be nuts, an ENGLISH MANS home is his castle and she lookes after the garden ( the French dont understand we dont do potatoes only Flowers) ours is a looking and smelling garden not a tasting one.
She also did most of the reconstruction work when we moved to France as I was
" On The Road Again " from Sunday night through till Friday or maybe Saturday, Europe is not that big but from one end os Spain to the other end of Germany it is a long haul.
The bikes have been noted on other postings, at the moment I have a YAMAHA XVS 650 ( 4VR-28199-FO, which in EU they call the DRAG STAR.
