I wanted a motorcycle ever since I was little, but didn't get one until I bought this Shadow in June of 2006. I was just going to look at the bikes and thought I'd only be at the dealership for fifteen minutes, but I threw my leg over this one and half an hour later I was signing the paperwork.

Being my first bike, I'm very happy with the Shadow. It's not too small, so I'm not outgrowing it, although I am drooling over other bikes. It's been very forgiving as I've been learning, and it's easy enough to work on.

I like to network with other riders and sometimes enjoy riding with groups. Mostly I ride on my own. Since I'm using my bike as my daily driver lately, it's also my down time after a crazy day at work. I don't know what I would do without my Shadow.

I'm married now and looking to get a bigger bike. Most likely I'll go with the Triumph Speedmaster. I really love the little Shadow, but it's only a four speed 600cc and I want something a bit bigger for longer rides and more hiway runs.

Can't really pick a favorite band easily. I listen to just about anything. Snow Patrol and Smashmouth are favorites as well as Brian Setzer.

Action and comedy mostly I guess.

Depends...I'm not usually still for long, so it's hard to say I sit through anything. Top Gear, Myth Busters,,,stuff like that.

Short stories like reader's digest. I am way too fidgety to sit through a whole story.

Football! I actually admit to being a Seahawks fan and have been a long time now. My husband is a Chargers fan so I'm kind of a fan too by default. Other than that I love almost anything on the speed channel.

Back roads and open space to ride.

Scary stuff:
I HATE needles and clowns! Especially clowns with needles.
