I bought this bike in November 2001 and have no regrets. Have been riding since the 60's; Harley sportster, Harley chopper, FLH80 full dresser, Honda Shadow, and this V-Star. This is the best bike I've ever had. It's nice looking, has plenty of power and most importantly it's reliable. I'm 66 years old and a retired Aerospace Tooling Project Engineer. I enjoy cruising the back roads here in Oregon. My ranch, blacksmith shop, woodworking shop, gardening, fishing, golfing and photography will keep me pretty busy in my "golden years" however, riding has always been my passion.  Check out some rides on my Fotki photosite Link.
