I am a third generation rider in my family. I have been around motorcycles my whole life. My father has owned many diffrent kinds of bikes such as Norton's, BSA's, Harley's, Kawasaki's, Honda's and custom choppers. As a child my father always supplied me with something to ride such as Three wheelers or home built mini-bikes with a 3.5hp motor in them and dirt bikes. I remember helping my father work on bikes and would annoy him with with questions that 5 year olds come up with, but he took his time and understood my interest in motorcycles at a very young age. He is a cruiser kinda guy, so he was a little disappointed when I brought home my first motorcycle (Suzuki Katana). The bikes I have owned are a Suzuki Katana 750, Kawasaki Ninja 500, Yamaha R6, Yamaha FJ1100 and most recently my Kawasaki Mean Streak (my dad likes my bike now. lol). I had always had dreams of cruising down the street on a chopper like my dad had when I was a child, so it was time to make that dream a reality!

heres my 2002 Mean Streak. I have a before pic on here 2 weeks after I bought it. Now its an electric blue color. It has been my project for 2 years, I have added many custom parts in that time. I will tell you what I have done This long winter we had here in Wisconsin. This winter I have added a Muzzys exhaust and a Mortons raked triple tree and some more stainless steel braided lines and new bars and risers and a LED kit and some custom pinstriping and some more chrome. I entered my bike in its first show this year and will be entering it in many more in the next few years. I would like to give a shout out to the guys who have helped me or inspired me to get my bike to where it is today, thanks to my brother Scott (jirus17) and my father, my friend Andrew (redmax) and my buddy Jesse (Dyno) who had passed away in '06. On my to do list I still have to get my rims chromed my forks chromed my triple trees chromed and im gonna get some chrome Jardine forward controls and sell my polished aluminum Mapam forward controls. And im looking forward to buying a (2006-2007 because its my favorite body style for this model) Vulcan Nomad and customizing that next year. I will take new pics as my Mean Streak progresses.

This kid is pretty agile on this thing. It amazes me at how he fits the bike so well. I wish a scale version was available when I was his age. lol

It was about 5 years ago, my best friend and I rode our bikes to work. We had to work out of town and it was a really hot day (about 90 degrees) and it was his birthday. The whole time we were out of town he kept saying "I know my wifes going to try to surprise me for my birthday" but he never expec...

I guess I should tell the story of how i came about this bike.... Well my brother actually expressed an interest in a motorcycle before I did.  I had just graduated college when my brother got his bike.  He bought a 96 Suzuki Intruder 800 off a friend of my dad's.  It had been sitting in this guys ...
