I'm 54 yrs.old. Hadn't had a bike for about 15 yrs. until just over a year ago. My wife wasn't sure she would even ride with me so I got an 09 vstar 650. With in a couple of months my wife discovered riding wasn't so bad so I traded the 650 in for an 1100. In the next year we rode in 2 poker runs and a couple of road trips. We were really enjoying riding but the wife could only take so much due to comfort. Was going to try improving the 1100 but one day, for the hell of it, we test rode a Venture. With in a week we bought one and have been enjoying it very much. I'm a truck driver and am gone for most of the week so we only get to ride on weekends. I enjoy this site alot,looking at other peoples rides, reading their srories, and so on. Hope to meet more locals who ride. Don't know why the site says I live in Canada. I live in Arizona,USA.
