    Headed to work on my 2005 Yamaha Royal Star Tour Deluxe.  This is my 1st video with the new GoPro Wide helmet cam.  Looks like I will have to make a few adjustments for my next video, the camera needs to be mounted higher.  And of course you can hear the famous Yamaha "whine".

    Just a note, the update is out and ready for dowload GoPro PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL INSTRUCTIONS FIRST.

    Also, I have been mounting my Camera on my mirror, and this works great for me, but if you use the Suction Cup Mount make sure you clean the cup and the area you plan on stickin

• My GoPro Video Test

    Took an hour ride today to test my GoPro Video Camera. Edited it down to this video. Works well in normal conditions, not so well driving into the sun. I was on some great mountain roads and you couldn't see any of the footage, because of the glare off the camera housing. The fish-eye housing causes really bad sun-spots on film. I am happy with the way the camera performed and would recommend it to anyone. You do need to buy a 2GB SD card and some AAA rechargeable batteries. Everything else is in the case.

    Note: Their directions for downloading it to your computer will work. However, if you plan to use Windows Movie Maker, just remove the SD card from the camera and download it direct to your computer. This will save you a lot of hassle trying to use it to post videos on the internet.

    Again...this was just a test to see how it would turn out, I know it won't win any awards! lol

    Ok, so I'm seriously considering buying the newer GoPro Wide camera.

    For those that have them: (Feel free to add any other information that would be helpful.)

    1. Has it lived up to your expectations?

    2. Have you had any problems with it's functions and/or quality?

    3. Can the video be edited on Windows Movie Maker?

    4 other Raider riders and myself with a GoPro Hero Cam on top [poorly positioned now that I see the resultys] hit the BPR after coming down from Grand Father mountain. This was on the 2nd day of our 1st Annual SEA ROAR [South East Area Rider Owners And Riders] Regional Meet in Asheville NC. Nothing too exciting to say about this video but we all sure had a great time at our rally! Please consider joining us for next year's event.

    Great vid Simmbad.... I have a friend at a local cycle shop who had a vid set up made with the Go Pro was really impressed with it and after a few moments and a good deal I purchased one and really enjoy the performance I get with it. Can't wait to try it under water {with out the bike of course} Will greatly add to video library !
