    I have an 08 Stratoliner. I would like to buy some heated gear but have no idea how much power (watts) the stratoliner provides for accessories. Jacket and gloves require about 120 watts in total. Does anyone know if this bike can handle load?

    I too had a vstar 1100, put lots of extras on it and rode it 29k trouble free miles.  I  was looking for better 2-up capability(wife rides a lot with me now).  I tested the road king used bikes 12k and up in price (my range).  They didn't exite me for that kind of money, bought the 1900 star stratoliner $11k new instead.  LOve it, Loveit, looove it! especially on the highway 2-up.  Sometimes I forget she is back there. My wife commented how much bigger it looks than the H-Ds

• Kawasaki Nomad overdrive

    Anyone have experience with Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad or Voyager 1700 cc bikes with the six speed trany ?  They claim the sixth gear is overdrive, but is it really or just another gear.

    I'm tring to compare the Yamaha Roadliner or Stratoliner 1800cc with 5 speeds that claims to do 3300 rpms at 70 MPH.

    I like this bike a lot. Starting to put some extra things on the bike. etc.

    Next thing I will put on this bike is Mustang seats , studded. Any tips ?

    I have never pulled a trailer.  I am wondering if there is anyone willing to share how there Star Stratoliner does pulling one?

    I am a scuba diver and a golfer and would like to use the trailer to do both with the bike.  I also love to camp and think it would be a great way to travel on the bike.

    Arlen Ness is involved with them because he redesigned them to what they look like now. Not to mention he has stake in the company, for doing so. 

    Sorry, but you Victory guys are starting to sound like some of the HD snobs. Not that all are, I know plenty of people with Victory and HD bikes that bought it simply because it's what they preferred. Nor do they care what someone else rides.

    As far as bigger engines, what are you thinking. Yamaha has an 1852cc in their Stratoliner, Roadli
