recently lost use of my horn, checked fuses and connections only to find one of the wires at the horn end had corroded and broken. the vtx 1800(c) is strange in that the horn is located at low level in front of the left front foot peg and gear shift lever. (does look nice there though) not sure of location on the other vtx models. this is prone to obviously getting soaked in wet weather. i had to clean and solder the connection and i have moved the horn onto the left hand side of the radiator temporarily out of harms way.
